Narration device, Ugh!
Preston_M
, May 2022
The narration device was not worth the money. Ear plugs didn’t fit for 2 of us. Kept falling out every step. The 3 of us didn’t really use them. The memorial was wonderful.

Very misleading on the tickets. We had to wait in line for two and half hours in the sun with no cover to finally get on the Arizona

This is advertised on...
Marcus_W
, May 2022
This is advertised on your site as a 2 hour guided tour, as in you go in, see a film, exhibits etc with a Tour Guide (Person) In actuality you get a little video/voice recorded machine to walk around with. MISLEADING AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

Trip highlight!

My 16 yr old son said it was a highlight. So glad we did it! Great education tool and somber occasion to help him be grateful for our freedom.

USS Memorial.

Remember you still have to buy the boat trip to the memorial. It is not included in the price. You must buy at recreation.gov. Without that you have to stand in line and it is about an hour wait with no shade.

Don't book with Viator

The tour advertised - but didn't include - the boat ride to the actual memorial. I'll never book another tour with Viator.

Wasted Money!!!
Jason_B
, Apr. 2022
Stupid to spend one dime on this trickery... it is shady business and click bait for those trying desperately to get the boat tour over to USS Arizona (since the Recreation.gov site is such a joke right now for Pearl Harbor). Didn't even look for Viator scam - just got in line for the boat. Glad we only wasted $27 or so for this. Hawaii has lots of money traps... so glad we just fell for one of the less-expensive ones.

Don’t waste your money

They sell a tour, but don’t include tickets. You can get a refund but only if you request it the day before tickets become available. Tickets sell out in 30 seconds after opening and phone service is not fast enough.
