A:We’re in the Kewalo Basin Harbor. Our address is 1009 Ala Moana Blvd Honolulu, HI 96814, slip F26. You can find us at the front of the harbor along Ala Moana Blvd, close to the entrance near Ward Ave.

A:No. You must make your own arrangements to meet us at the Kewalo Basin Harbor. There is plenty of cheap parking at the harbor, or you can take a taxi or app-based ride-share service like Uber and Lyft.

A:All passengers must take a step from the dock to the boat in order to board. Our crew can assist if needed — just make sure to arrive early! Walkers and collapsible wheelchairs can be brought on board. Motorized chairs or scooters are not allowed.

The advert depicts a whale leaping out of the water, which is what we paid to see! However even before the boat had left the harbour, the operator announced that we would not see any whales as one hour is not enough time! So why advertise as such?

Really enjoyed this trip! We saw 3 turtles, several dolphins and many fish! The crew work very hard to try and find these creatures for us to see! The trip is very informative about the history of the area. Very fun being out on the ocean for the hour! I would highly recommend this!!

never go there, time wasted, nothing seen, operator decided to still go on the tour right after rain when most people was saying it needs to be rescheduled cuz water would be very cloudy so we can't see anything. then operator promised to provide a refund which he never done

If you just want to go on a boat ride this is a nice ride. However, you will never see a whale when you are riding parallel to the beach in 30 feet of water. We did not even leave leave the shore line. The name is very deceptive and we could have done a dinner cruise for about the same price. I can't believe that they have been able to advertise as a whale watching tour and none of the probable have ever seen a whale on their brief tour along the shoreline. We saw surfers, snorkelers, fish and a sea turtle.

We got soaked by the rain and didn’t see anything. When asked for a refund/partial refund they said they would reschedule us for free, but i left the next day. I paid 120 for this, and the title of it is “whale watch, dolphins, turtles and sightseeing.” We saw nothing, and were pointed to a hotel and the airport. Also the boat was not “glass bottom,” it had windows in the corners that you could see nothing out of.

Although the scenery was absolutely beautiful, we never left the bay of Waikiki and got never got more than 12 feet deep. We saw a few schools of fish and two turtles. This is clearly not an area where a whale would swim. They should change the name of the tour because it was literally a boat ride around the harbor.
