Wonderful experience with a wonderful guide

Elizabeth was not only a great guide but a great Spanish teacher for me while we wandered through the markets. She gave me a brief education is someone hacking history and a very thorough education about the local gastronomy. We tried tajete, horchata, and fried grasshoppers. She also took me to see how chocolate is made and finally sat and had a delicious “Mexican pizza“ with me in the second market.

Elisabeth was amazing. She answered all the questions and had so much information to give. I wish I paced myself a bit better. There is a lot to try.
Be aware that food is not included in the price (which compare to other tours is a bit high). But worth it for how good Elisabeth was.
I wish I knew what other tours she did.
