This tour never happened

We didn't have the tour. We pay $6.73 for this tour and we didn't see any indications (kioske, personn) on the spot where the tour starts. Ou GPS indicates us that we are on the right place; located area where the tour starts on friday 24th of september, but nobody was there. So, is it possible to have a refund for this tour.
We have five differents tours with Viator during the last week-end in Ottawa and each of those tours were perfect (excellent), except for this one. This tour never happened.
Please contact me for a refund.

We are sincerely sorry that you did not have a good experience on our self-guided walking tour app. As per the instructions, we did outline that there was no in-person guide for the tour and it is to be done at your leisure utilizing the On This Spot application.
