This was worth every penny. Sonya is worthy of this 5 star rating. She was very helpful with our departure. The drive back to the airport was fast. So much so that we went a picked up another couple from a different hotel that was nearby. We did a second trip back to the airport with that couple in tow. She was able to maneuver with my mother in a wheel chair along with our luggage in tow. She was very attentive and helpful. We made it to the airport domestic terminal to check in with plenty of time to spare.

Two ratings needed - Making the reservation and the actual transportation from cruise port to airport - Excellent - 5 Star. The reservation requested that we CALL the day before scheduled pickup for a time and place. This required a call from the cruise ship. The papeete tour operator actually hung up twice and did not provide the requested information. One operator even suggested we did not have a reservation. This effort required a total of four calls and a cost of 48.00 USD. There were no email or other options offered to contact the operator. I will not make a reservation through Viator again unless a pickup point and time can be furnished at time of reservation or via email prior to the scheduled day of pickup - Unacceptable - 1 Star.

Booked a transfer from the Sarah Nui Hotel to the airport before leaving Australia as we had little idea of the availability of local taxis. I know now not to book any transfers shared or otherwise via Viator. How can you justify paying 400 more for a shared transfer? We got a taxi when we returned from Bora Bora to this very hotel and it cost 20 XPF US 20 just two of us, yet it costs 80 US for two to book via Viator? Unjustified! Take a taxi, it is only fifteen minutes to the hotel and the people are polite and speak your language. Oh by the way the transfer was late and it was a big coach and thankfully no one came on at the cruise terminal or we would have been Rushing to the airport!

Friendly driver arrived at our hotel on time, actually early, and greeted all passengers with a beautiful shell lei, handled all luggage and immediately took off for the airport. Arrived in plenty of time and hassle free. Very satisfied with all aspects of this transfer and would highly recommend.

We were departing PPT on an international flight at 11pm, and the bus came to pick us up at 9pm. It all worked out, but it was a little close getting through check in and security at the airport. The bus was not labeled with Tahiti Nui Travel, so we nearly missed it at our hotel.

Our driver was right on time for a 4:30 am pickup. Quite and efficient which was what was appropriate for the early hour. Other passengers kept us waiting for 15 minutes which was a bit annoying. Next time we might book a private transfer to avoid this.
