Our Tour guide Andreas was amazing! The company's logistics are awful!!!! We were instructed to find the person with the orange hats and Experience First flag sign and to arrive 15 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes early 8:45 for 9:15 tour. We did not find the small Experience First flag and orange hat until 9:00am. I explained I had a 9:15 tour and was directed to the end of the Experience First long line. We First stood in the Experience First line to check in. Then we stood and waited under the big tree for our group to grow to 23 people. Then we stood and waited in the security line. Then we stood and waited in line to purchase a ticket! I noticed that the other guides were waiting for a company credit card to purchase our ticket. At about 10:30, once we had our $20 ticket, we along with many others left the guide and completed the climb on our own. A father with young children, one who grew irritated left the tour all together! Andreas was knowledgeable polite and friendly, however the company is disorganized. We paid an extra $30 bucks to wait & wait for a tour in English when all of the info is listed on the walls in English! Save the upcharge and do the tour on our own!!

This was a great tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the Eiffel Tower and gave an excellent overview of sites to see and sites to skip. She also knew of current site closings. The tour was easy to find and we had some trouble getting to the site on time but the operator stayed in contact with us and helped us reschedule. There was some waiting for various things but I still felt like we got through quicker and with less hassle than if we had stood in the line to buy tickets on site. Wewere also able to book seeing the summit with this tour which I could not do directly online.

Was fun and informative but a little forced. Appreciated the history and energy around walking up, but our guide was really trying hard to get us motivated (we all knew we were walking up and had plenty of motivation).

We had some troubles finding the meeting point, but thankfully the guide waited for is to arrive. Our guide Maximilliano was fantastisk and had a great humor. He shared a lot histore og fun facts about the Eiffel Tower and other historical buildings in Paris.

Expected small/private group but got huge group

Group was way too large. We could not hear the guide because we could not get close enough due to the size of the group. We thought this would be a private tour for our group of 8. It was about 25-30 people. Guide was very nice but would stop and speak for 20ish mins at one spot. We eventually left the group to explore on our own. Waste of money.

This tour was a disappointment. While they are clear we are not skipping the line, the amount that they are charging for the assistance of a guide is not worth it. The guide attempted to be funny, but instead his joke fell flat and he was repetitive and boring. He had no real facts to share, and his role was frankly useless. We had tickets to climb to the summit, then found out the summit was closed due to weather. Once we were on the second floor, the Sumit opened, but now we had no way to convert our tickets back to Sumit tickets. Save yourself the trouble and just get regular Eiffel Tower tickets. The line moves relatively quickly, you don’t need a guide.
