Book a private transfer from the Eurostar terminus in Paris to your city center hotel or another main railway station in the city in advance to make the trip as easy as possible.

Meet your driver at the Gare du Nord station in Paris when you disembark from the Eurostar and travel via an environmentally-friendly hybrid vehicle (a car or minibus, depending on how large your group is). You can book the transfer for either your Paris lodging (must be within the postcodes 75001-75020) or another main train station in the city if you're traveling elsewhere in France.

When booking, please provide information about your Paris hotel or ongoing train travel. The transfer is confirmed as soon as you book, and you will receive a travel voucher which you will need to give to the driver.

The price listed is per person, based on eight adults per vehicle.

Please note: While the transfer service is available 7 days a week and typically runs from 4am until 11pm, on December 24 and 31 the service is only available from 4am until 6pm.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
  • Please note: when making a booking, you will need to advise your train details or your centrally located Paris hotel (zip codes 75001-75020)

Excellent service! Driver was already there waiting with placard and name which makes it a seamless pickup. Car was parked nearby and Driver was very helpful with our luggages. Car was spacious too, absolutely recommend this service!

We decided this would be the easiest option to get from our train in Paris to our hotel rather than negotiate the metro or bus as our French speaking skills were very limited. We were not disappointed, our driver was waiting to greet us and we were at our hotel in minutes. Highly recommend.

Very late arrival by our driver! Over half hour waiting in station, had to get gracious stranger to call company on his French phone & get driver to show up! My husband was miserable with his PD symptoms flaring up. Had no Euros yet, he couldnt even use the WC since it cost 1euro to pee in public toilets! Another gracious stranger took pity & paid his entry

I am sorry to hear about this – however I would suggest that if you did book through Airport Van then you contact our customer service department who will be happy to look into this for you . They would require you to provide the unique booking reference number . Guest feedback both positive & negative is always welcome . We have noticed that clients have actually booked through other companies with similar sounding names in the past so please double check your booking information and transport supplier . If you have booked a shared transfer then this involves calling for pick up , waiting for the driver then collecting other clients for multiple pck up & drop offs .If the address of your destination / hotel does not have a post code beginning with 75 then it is not a Paris address but the suburbs . Suburbs can be served only upon request and upon payment of a supplement subject to availability. We do offer a private transfer service which would have suited your needs .

We had to reschedule time of pickup due to Eurostar problem. We called and were assisted to change time of pickup. Our only problem was finding the car at Gard du Nord train station. We called customer service again and they contacted driver who told us where to go to meet him. Customer Service was outstanding.

We organised a Private Transfer from Gare du Nord to our hotel near place de Concorde. The driver was waiting for us at the platform exit as promised. The driver and car were well presented and car was close by. Excellent service, highly recommended if you want a ‘no hassle’ start to your Paris holiday.

Almost ruined our trip

I confirmed with parishuttle several times to make sure that we had a van that could carry our family of 5 and 5 luggage to the train station to catch the Eurostar. When they arrived, which was late, they showed with a sedan. I called them and they said it was our fault that we had only said 4 people. I didn’t have access to my receipt so I thought I must have made a mistake. They agreed to only take 2 luggage and 4 people. I was pretty upset but had to catch the train. Took a cab. Made it. Looked at my receipt and it was for 5. I didn’t make the mistake. Confirmed several times and they still screwed it up. Awful!!!
