Our international flight was scheduled to land at 7.35am It landed 25 minutes late and we disembarked at 8.05am We cleared customs and collected our baggage but still exited the terminal at 8.40am ....... THE DRIVER HAD LEFT!!!!!!!! Another driver kindly called him and said we were waiting but he responded that he waited for 1 hour and we didn't turn up. He clearly hadn't checked the flight and wasn't interested because if he had we were well within the 1 hour waiting period We were forced to use most of our cash to catch a taxi to our Paris hotel We requested a refund but was refused and viator hasn't fought our case at this stage We are elderly pensioners from Australia with a grown up mentally disabled son and our out of pocket approximately $162 (which we cannot afford) The entire experience was disgusting and upsetting We have used viator for years however if we don't gat a refund we are seriously considering using their opposition who have different policies if things like this happen

Waited for one hour at the airport to be picked up. Called main number multiple times and was told driver was 5 min away (when he didn’t show up for 45 more minutes) or already on site looking for us. Driver fell asleep while driving. Limited help w/ bags. Would never do again.

Our driver was on time and we found each other just outside the baggage claim exit. She communicated with us by text and was ready to go as soon as we were ready. She did a fantastic job driving us from the airport to our apartment in the heart of Paris. The shuttle van was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all our luggage.

The driver was on time and friendly but the trip to Paris was terrifying. He was speeding, tailgating and made one turn to get to an exit that was illegal. On top of all of this, the some of seat belts in the rear were not operational. The price was very fair. I can't remember writing a negative review, but everyone in my party was scared.

Driver was where she was supposed to be (even a few minutes early) in the terminal to greet us by name. Driver was parked near the terminal and took us directly to our hotel as booked. No issues - would definitely book this service again as it was a flawless way to arrive in the city after an overnight flight.
