  • On the rare occasion that the summit is closed to the general public, for maintenance or safety reasons there is NO REFUND
  • Strollers, backpacks, and suitcases (cabin luggage size) are allowed inside the Eiffel Tower
  • Dress code is casual
  • The meeting point is outside of the Eiffel Tower. Please do not go to the Tower directly

    We were unable to find the location for picking up tickets prior to start time. We were not doing a guided tour so I’m not sure why the tickets couldn’t be emailed. Very disappointing.

    Meeting at the Cafe is interesting when 10 other tours are happening as well. The walk was to quick, causing jog to keep up and avoid the other 1k of pple. The line info was helpful (poor guy got asked by 3 other strangers) The info provided was hard to hear the guide provided. The info from the tower only worked on sound setting. Shut off when you take a photo. Loved being left alone the rest of the time. We could walk around, snack and shop. Good experience!

    Some lifts were not working so the queues were horrendous to the summit so we gave up waiting and stayed on the 2nd floor, very expensive experience too many tickets were sold and they could not cope with demand

    WORST TOUR!!! Do NOT consider taking this horrible nightmare of a tour. You will be sorely disappointed with a total waste of time Much cheaper to get your tickets at the base of the Eiffel Tower for 100% less than this HORRIBLE tour.

    The Eiffel Tower was fantastic, the company we booked this through was terrible. The whole experience was sketchy. First we had to download an app to locate the person who would give us our tickets. We were supposed to meet at specific point outside a gift shop but then received a call to go directly under the Eiffel tower. Their use of Whatsap had a terrible connection and many details were lost. It was not clear whether we needed the tickets to get through security but we did not. The person was very late arriving with our tickets because their head office told them to meet at the contact point and did not tell them we were told to go directly to the Eiffel tower. The ticket person was not easy to identify, downloading the app was a waste of time. We thought we were getting scammed up until we had the tickets in hand and were on the elevator on the way up the tower.

    Tour guide was exceptional very knowledgeable personable and friendly extended her stay to assure that all of us were able to get in and out of the tour as well as giving extra extra time of herself throughout the tour Unusual for tour guide to do so Usually when your time is up your time is up and she exceptionally extended her self beyond measures through the second worst day in Paris cold with rain and very Windy day

    Seeing the Eiffel Tower from the very top was amazing and you could spend as much time as you wanted once you got your ticket. Tour guide brought us to the Eiffel Tower, told us a little about the history, got us in line then not sure where she went.

    Met the guide Aida, who was great , very informative. Got through and showed us where to go through to lifts . There was high queues for tickets and queues for lifts , but we passed all them , so would definitely recommend this activity with Viator

    We had a lovely lady as our tour guide and she was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Not all my Viator experiences have been as good as this one. It was straight forward, easy to find the meeting point and enjoy our evening. I was happy with this choice as it was totally worth it
