The driver was late and we had to contact the company to determine his ETA. Once he got there he was very pleasant. Viator was provided our cell number in France so I’m not sure why it would not have been forwarded to the taxi company to text us in this circumstance.

We arrived at the airport and went to the spot we were told to meet our driver. Waited 20 min. Then called driver and Viator. Was told to wait there by Viator. Driver spoke no English. After 50 minutes we cancelled the ride and took a taxi.

Worst driver for airport pickup ever!

This was the worst airport pickup driver I have ever had. Victor needs to fire him. He did not come into baggage claim with a sign, which I expected. I tried to post the message he sent telling me to look for his car. I kept asking him to wave. He just kept telling me to look for a grey BMW with the license plate. It turns out he did not want to park. He circled for 30 minutes, refusing to park and get out. We waited a total of 40 minutes before he would park the car. His car was too small for an airport pickup.awful awful awful. Victor should fire him.

I wish I could give this negative stars. Our car transfer from the airport to hotel never showed up. After circling all possible locations with 6 of us (all exhausted after a long flight), we finally found a number to call in our reservation emails where we were told they had no drivers so no one was coming for us. I sought this solution out figuring Viator had reputable vendors. I was obviously wrong. What should have been an easy start to our trip was super stressful, annoying and enormously disappointing.

We hired van transfer from airport to hotel in paris. We hired 6 person van for 3 of us. because We have 3 large heavy luggage and several carry ons. We paid extra money so that We don't have to worry about luggage. When we got to near hotel drive dropped us off across busy paris street saing they are not go in front of hotel to drop us off. We are 3 senior citizons with bad health and we had to struggle to carry our heavy luggage to our luxuary hotel. It was so embarrasing. I travel a lot and I never had to carry our luggage across the start. I probably never would use a viator shttle transfer again.

I wish that I could rate this transaction zero. After spending multiple hours on hold and being reassured that our driver would be waiting for us in Paris. There was no one there to pick us up. The only upside is that we spent significantly less on a Taxi straight from the airport than we were quoted. We expect a full refund and will blast Viator on social media until it is received. Beware!

Could not locate driver and our phones were not working upon arrival so we couldn't get access to the booking. We asked every driver - including the one that turned out to be ours - in the correct area if they were waiting for us. The other drivers were so helpful in trying to find our driver. We went outside to taxi line when I finally got a signal and could call our driver. He was inside and my husband has asked him if he was waiting for us! When we got to his car, it was full of stuff that he had to empty out before we got in. Why this wasn't done in advance and why he didn't call me when he couldn't find us is beyond me. In the end we got to where we needed to be but it would have been cheaper and much easier to jump in a taxi directly upon arrival at CDG.

This was a great way to transfer to hotel in Paris after a long flight. Our flight was delayed and the driver communicated with text (offered to call also) as to where/when to meet at arrivals. Very nice larger SUV and great driver.

We arrived on time but had to wait one full hour for our driver to arrive. When I called I was told the reason was the Tour de France. However the driver told us he had no idea he was to pick us up. He was just told about it. He was Curt. No air conditioning in the hot car. We had an infant with us and the travel day was long. I had a confirm from your company the day before so there was no surprise on the company’s part thst we were arriving. We were scared of the driver. He was civil but not at all pleasant. I’ll never use your company again. The worst !
