Private Transfer From Liberia Airport to Westin Playa Conchal Resort

Left stranded in a foreign country. Don’t know if I can get my money back. Never go an email from the local company. They were a no show at the airport. In the future I will only deal directly with the hotel I’m staying at and go through them for everything.

Our driver Eddie was not seen for several minutes after we came outside. He took our luggage and asked us to follow him while he was walking quite fast. In the van he took off his mask & refused to wear it when we requested. Despite that I gave him a decent tip for driving nearly an hour to get us to the hotel.

We were so thankful that our driver waited for us after we had an unusually long time passing through customs upon our arrival to Costa Rica.

First, let me say that I felt safe, the drivers were very pleasant and that we got back and forth from the airport on time. I paid $200 for this round trip vs. the $240 that others wanted so I did save $40. Two things to note: 1) The car that picked us up at the airport was not a nice van, like the one in the pics. It was a fairly old beat up red taxi, certainly no wi-fi as noted in the description. Still it was a pleasant drive and went smoothly, especially since the driver took the main highway to the resort 2) The van that took us to the airport was indeed a much nicer looking white van like in the pics, however the driver decided to take a short cut from the Westin to the airport through the mountains, around some really rough twisting roads. My wife and I never felt sicker, it was a grueling 40 minutes of just holding back from being sick. So...would I book this again. Maybe, but I would make absolutely certain that the driver does not take the mountain short cut. Could be that he thought he was saving us some time, but it was a very rough drive.

Manuel was our driver. He had our name on a card at the airport so very easy to connect. He was perfectly bilingual and gave lots of information about the area on our way over. He was super friendly, the van was clean and nice ac and I would ask for him again!

Excellent transportation experience with this company. The drivers (Jose, Carlos) were very professional and courteous on the way to and from the airport. I would highly recommend using this company for transportation services.

Enjoy this service on both legs of our trip. The driver who picked us up for very helpful, informative and social. We really enjoyed him. The driver who picked us up to return to the airport was nice, also, but not as social. However, he was a very safe driver. Thank you for your service.

It is critical for a transportation company to be on-time/dependable and safe. I believe in being on time and for both the airport pickup and the hotel (Westin Playa Conchal) pickup, the driver was on-site early. Safety is also a vital component (of course), and for neither transfer did my wife or I feel in danger. The driver was competent and stayed with traffic, with no danger from being too slow or too fast. Both drivers were friendly, though my return trip driver was more fluent in English and we were better able to converse. This is only a comment. Perfect value was offered by this vendor and I would recommend.

Great and easy ride. The van was perfect too! The drivers gave us a lot of information on the region which was very nice and helpful!
