• Bring comfortable clothing, insect repellent & hiking shoes (for the tour), bathing suit, sunscreen, rain jacket & extra clothing (in case of inclement weather conditions)
• There is a possibility of cancellation or change due to weather conditions at the site in which case we'll inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be offerred but if this occurs on route or when on site, an alternative will be offerred.
• A moderate amount of walking is involved (along paths created in forest and down dirt stairs)
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Pick-up time and location will be communicated once we know where you are staying.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
