Awesome experience! The lunch was great, fully open bar, & the staff was incredibly friendly & accommodating. The only thing I would say is that there were more than the 11 people per boat that was advertised. With that being said, it was a large catamaran & it did not interfere with our experience. Huge thank you to the staff that put on this tour!

I’d give them zero stars if I could. They never gave us the correct pick up time so our bus left without us. They argued with us for over an hour about whether or not we received the pick up time. We were hung up on multiple times when speaking to the manager. Terrible customer service, liars, and scammers. Luckily Viator was able to give us a refund after the tour operators continued to tell us no. Do not book this, very bad experience.

Dear Eliza_P First of all I invite you to check this product again (Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing), We have announce this product with a note that the pick up could stars 1 hour before, and the exact pick up time will be set up according of the Hotel, resort, Condo or Airbnb of each customer. One of our team personally got in contact with you and your party sending the same information to all of you even the pick up time and confirmation code in the same message. You confirmed our message with all these details saying "I'm confirming", even the day of the tour some minutes before we sent you a message saying have fun today. Days before we were letting you know about the weather conditions and more. The refund wasn't made by Viator because you were right, the member who was helping you with your reservation did it. The manager authorized the refund and some hours later of the departure activity the refund was done. Please consider these facts and read carefully the policies when you book any other activity. Perfect day on the sea!

My boyfriend and I were on catamaran 12 with Bryan, captain Rene and photographer mirisol. We had an amazing time snorkeling, swimming and then on Isla mujeres. The boat was sparkling clean, even the bathrooms, lunch was really good and the whole crew was super attentive and fun. They made the trip worth it. Mirasol got the best pictures of us- we wound up purchasing them at the end. You can use a credit card if you wish to purchase. We also tipped the crew on our card because I couldn’t find a working ATM on Isla mujeres, but cash is probably better if you have it. On the island, we walked to playa Norte (less than 10 mins) and rented beach chairs. If you want to stay on the center beach where the boat docks, you don’t have to pay for chairs but they all looked pretty full. We ordered food at playa Norte and stayed on the beach but there looked like there were some really cool bars down the town streets too. You can rent a golf cart or take a taxi if you want to see more, but we opted to chill. Overall a great day. We will be back!
