    Once up in the air, the experience was immeasurably amazing. Beautiful sights (despite fog), and although quick, worth every minute. The only con is their booking system. We didn’t find out until arrival that our party of 3 well exceeded the weight limit, despite having input our weight during the online booking. After inputting guest weight online, there should be an alert that tells you what the limit is and how over you are to save people time and money. The realistic weight capacity of 3 is two adults and a child. This is a quick coding input and I would encourage Envi to push their partners on this as it was a huge disappointment for our group that one of them had to sit out and clouded a lot of the overall experience.

    We had Clay as a pilot and was a excellent pilot, friendly and informative about what sites to see. Told us some cool facts which we enjoyed... we were bummed about the "no barrel-roll policy" but what ever. Should make it 4 stars for that. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Lol thanks again!

    We walked right up to the counter where we met pilot and tour guide. He was very kind with a big smile and presented a calm confidence which made me comfortable right off the bat.The trip was smooth and breathtaking and extremely peaceful. I cannot believe that they offer this mini escape at session amazing rate! There was absolutely no hassle on the website or in person. I also found upon arriving that they offered different tours that could be found on their website or different areas and different durations. I plan on doing them all! I just want to thank everybody there for a lovely day trip that was literally above and beyond.

    A truly magnificent experience! From the ease of booking a flight online to the great communication of this business about flight times and conditions. Our flight was postponed pretty close to lift off time but for safety reasons(wind and cloud cover has quickly come in the area) we were all very happy to know they were more concerned with our safety than meeting a silly schedule. The following week conditions were suitable and we took off with zero issue. The pilot(Adam) did such an amazing job explaining safety procedures and easing one of my party’s nerves. Such a Beautiful view of the Gorge and the flight itself had to be one of the smoothest ones I’ve ever taken. Even landing was cushion soft. Outstanding service! Can’t wait to do it again!
