Oscar, our guide, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience of Half of the World and the teleférico to the highlands. It was quite an experience! The old Quito is so beautiful and well preserved! And there we tasted excellent chocolate.

Dear Customer, As everybody knows- from June 16th to 30 (15 days) Ecuador had big strikes the whole country. Quito and its surroundings were the epicenters of the protest. All roads were blocked, and there were violent events, so we had to cancel all the excursions from our customers. We didn´t want to put at risk our clients. All of our customers understood the situation but it is sad that you didn´t. It was not our fault we had to cancel your trip.

Museo Inta Nan was very interesting at Mitad del Mundo. And the Equator experience was fun. The Teleferiqo ride was fun and had great views of the city on one side and mountains on the other. The visit to the Basilica del Voto Nacional was a bit brief and then since the guide didn’t want to drive to the main plaza we walked which was very difficult and long for my tired feet and I said something but we kept going anyway. We took a cab back to the car. The guide was very informative and knowledgeable and it was a good tour.

We most enjoyed the Indian Museum at the Equator. We least enjoyed the chocolate tasting which was really just a ploy to get us to buy their product. Our tour guide, Diego was very knowledgeable, but could have benefitted from using a microphone in the van. It would also have been better if the tour was completely English speaking. Diego had to repeat for the Spanish speaking rider. As the tour was titled a city tour, we expected to spend more time walking around parts of the city and learning about the architecture. In sum, it was a good tour, our guide was very good, the driver was good, and we enjoyed the day. Scrap the chocolate tasting

The museum, cable car and a wonderful knowledgeable guide. We visited the old town and even took in the currency museum. Also enjoyed the Basilica. It was a full day and we enjoyed every bit of it. We are returning in the fall and we will definitely partake again of other tours with this company.

Diego was a fantastic tour guide who really knows Quito. It was a cold, rainy day, but he adjusted the tour to compensate. I particularly liked going to the Mercado Santa Clara and learning about all the different foods available in Ecuador. I would highly recommend Diego. This tour is way over priced for what you get compared to similar tours elsewhere. I have taken Viator tours in over 50 countries and thought this was definitely too expensive, but there was little choice if you are short on time.

This tour was a great tour! My guide Carlos was really knowledgeable, cool, and fun to talk to. In addition to what was included in the tour, he took me to Casa Agave to learn about the history behind agave in Ecuador and we did a tasting of various agave products there. Since this wasn't part of the tour, I did have to pay $10 to get in. Museo Itiñan, Teleferiqo, and the historic center of Quito were all fun too! Got to see and learn a lot about Quito and Ecuador. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn't like that the agency didn't tell me until the night before that there was no other guests in the tour and that I would have to pay $75 extra to do the tour privately and $20 extra since I was getting picked up from Wyndham Quito Airport. I didn't mind paying these fees and I understand it's more costly for the agency to run the tour under these circumstances, but I would've liked it if they told me about it at least 2-3 days before instead of the night before so I could decide if I wanted to cancel or not.

Dear customer. Thanks for your comment. Currently, there are not many travelers because of the COVID-19, so it is sometimes difficult to reunite more passengers for the same trip. We, unfortunately, couldn´t find more people for your trip. It clearly says in the voucher that this tour requires at least 2 passengers if you book in small groups. We give our customers the option to pay us an extra charge (OPTIONAL) for a private tour (just only in case, we do not have the minimum number require,) We always wait until a day before departure to communicate with our customers because the platform is open online 24/7 and we can receive new reservations. We offer free pick up in Quito´s hotels. You stayed in a hotel nearby the airport which is 50 minutes away from the city, in this case, we offer an option with an extra charge for pick up and drop off. Your comment is really helpful for future customers. Thank you again.
