Dear customer, thank you very much for your comment about the tour. As our clients are the most important thing for our company, we have carried out an investigation about the tour, and this is the information we have in the report of our Operations Department, where the guide and the driver give their point of view. REPORT: In relation to the tour to the coffee plantations, Poás Volcano and La Paz Waterfall Gardens in the name of Mrs. Leydy Valdes, accompanied by her husband Mr. Eufemio and her daughter Sophia made on Saturday, May 8 along with Mrs. Auria Abad, a citizen of Peru, Mr. Oscar Sandoval, professional bilingual tour guide states that the family was picked up at 7:45 am at the Hotel Mango located diagonal to the international airport in Alajuela. At thet the time of boarding the van and introduce the participants of the tour, Mrs. Valdes and Mr. Eufemio greeted and introduced themselves in Spanish language, saying that she is Cuban, Eufemio from Puerto Rico and her daughter from the state of New Jersey, where they currently live, which caused that throughout the course of the tour they spoke Spanish with Mrs. Auria from Peru. At no, at no time was I instructed to speak in English, a language I am fluent in as it is usually the official language of the tours we operate and I would have gladly spoken in both languages. The tour included a visit to the coffee plantations with plenty of time to walk among the coffee plants, we visited at 10:20 am the Poas volcano national park and finally we visited at 12:30 pm the La Paz waterfalls park and wildlife sanctuary with buffet lunch included. The visitors did not bring ponchos to protect themselves from the rain and were given one for each person, which Mr. Eufemio thanked us with a tip. Mr. Eufemio said that upon arrival at the Mango Hotel, they would drive to the Pacific coast to stay at the El Parador Hotel and thanked us for arriving back at the hotel at 4:30 p.m. and again he was very generous in tipping us for the services received. Mrs. Leydy never expressed her dissatisfaction or disagreement with the development of the tour, so I do not understand. She was happy al the time as well as all the passengers. When we arrived at the Hotel Mango they said goodbye very respectfully and gratefully to Mr. Pablo Guevara, the driver of the minibus and also to me. Regarding the price, the tour has the same cost for all passengers. However, in the case of the passenger from Peru, she was reported directly from a Hotel in the city, and we do not have precise information on how much she paid, since we process the invoice directly to the Hotel for the total cost of our services.
