  • The Scenic Seattle Panoramic Tour departs from bus stop 1 (Space Needle). This tour lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Customers should arrive 15 minutes before departure. Please note that this is not a hop-on hop-off service.

Going past the water front and all the historic sites. Getting off to explore Pike’s Market and the surrounding area. Better prices further away from the Market. Excellent clam chowder bread bowl at Lowell’s in the Market.

Unfortunately there was a family emergency and we had to leave Washington abruptly. We did not get to see Seattle nor did we get a refund because we were unable to cancel in a timely manner. I understand the cancellation policy but it was an emergency and could not be avoided.

First we were walking around the city for an hour. We did not know where the pick up point, we asked so many people hardly anyone knew. The overhead speaker was very soft, we could not hear. It was raining, could not enjoy the place. The bus was cramped. Sorry for this review but I want to be truthful so the service can be improved. Thank you

Don’t recommend in the off season

Had to wait for an hour for the hop on hop off bus to arrive and the driver explained that they only had one bus and one driver so things were behind The driver continued to chat with other passengers and was very pleasant however made it impossible to hear the tour being spoken through the speaker system We had to move to the upper deck to hear which would be fine if it was a nice day however it was very cold and rainy I am sure during peak season is better as the driver mentioned using more busses and driving however would not recommend during off season just use an Uber

We went to the designated stop number 15 as indicated on the map from the bus company, at Westgate Center, on Pine Street between 4th and 5th avenues. Waited over 45 minutes, only to have the bus speed past us and stop briefly a block away at Westgate light rail station. Neither spot was marked on the sidewalk. We never saw another red bus the rest of the day. I tried to call the 800 number provided to complain but got VM. Horrible experience!!
