Fantastic vegan tour!
, Jul. 2022
Will was a great guide and we tried and tasted a huge variety of foods and stalls within the market. For it being a “tasting” the portions were a good size and we hit all the major must see places! Best part was it was all vegan! The only downside was the heat but that was completely out of the guide’s hands: we just happened to come the hottest week of the year.
Be back soon.

Will was the highlight of this Great tour. His knowledge of the vegan food scene and historical facts of the market made it a total Win/ Win experience. I will recommend his tour to all friends and family who come to Seattle. This is a Home Run. We will return for another tour with Will on our next trip. Thank You Will for a job well done. A real professional.

Learned that vegan food is not nasty and bland. Might consider the lifestyle change. Will was an extraordinary, knowledgeable, and pleasant tour guide.
Pikes Market Plant Based Hidden Gems

The experience was amazing. Will was outstanding in creating a flow where he explained the history with fascinating detail and continued to show us new and tasty plant passed foods. Had the best plant based biscuit and unsweetened tea that I have ever had
No Other Food Tour Comes Close

I did two food tours of the market while I was in Seattle, doing this one mostly for the sake of my vegan partner. The other tour was perfectly good, everything you'd expect in such a tour. I'd have no problem giving it a strong positive review. But Will's plant based tour was so far beyond expectations that it made that tour look shabby by comparison. Will has a great rapport with so many people in the market and makes you feel like an insider. He was able to seamlessly adjust on the fly to our dietary restrictions and some stores being unexpectedly closed on an off season Tuesday. It's a beautifully well considered food experience that delivers huge value. You simply won't find a better market food tour, even if you're not vegan. See the wonderful variety the market has on offer and grab your smoked salmon afterwards. Despite leading a vegan tour, Will can still point you in the right direction for that. The salmon he pointed me to was the hit of my camping trip.
If you are into the food scene and enjoy pleasing your palate, we highly encourage you to take this tour,

Friday, April 23rd my wife and I took the plant-based Food Tour with Will at the Pike Place Market. The tour lasted about 2 hours and 45 minutes and we visited more than a dozen different vendors. Tastings included chocolates, vegan chowder, juices, olive oil and balsamic vinegars, specialty jams and jellies among others, all of which were amazing. Will was very passionate and enthusiastic about his subject and was very easy to interact with and answered our questions about the foods and the market and further explained the history and philosophy of the market itself, which further enhanced the value of the tour. As a Seattle native Will was gave us additional information about the city and gave us some great suggestions of vegan, Persian and Thai restaurants. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best we rate Will at 4.99. Hey, nobody’s perfect, but he’s pretty darn close. If you are into the food scene and enjoy pleasing your palate, we highly encourage you to take this tour, seriously it really is a 5!!

10/10 A Must-Do in Seattle
, Apr. 2022
This tour absolutely exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Will, was incredibly knowledgeable about everything "Pike Place Market", and Seattle in general. Everyone in the market seemed to know him, and he provided excellent overview of plant-based offerings in the market. Everything we tried was fantastic! I'm vegetarian, however my wife is not- and even she thoroughly enjoyed the tour. My only regret- and recommendation if you book this tour- is that we didn't do it earlier in our stay in Seattle, as there are so many places we would have gone back to for a full meal. (And other vegetarian options in Seattle that Will also recommended!)
Eat some great food and learn the history of Pike Place Market

Will was a very knowledgeable and interesting tour guide. We tasted some delicious food and had some great drinks. Even the meat-eating members of our group were very impressed with the plant based tastings.
When you end up in a private tour with Will!

My son, who really enjoys plant based food and I signed up for this tour. We where so lucky that we ended up being the only people in the tour. So we ended up spending the entire time with Will, our fabulous tour guide. He really went out of his way to make the tour for us so incredibly enjoyable. We went to so many places. The food was delicious. The vendors so nice and generous. I can’t say enough wonderful things about how wonderful Will treated us!!!
