From Port of Seattle - Passenger must call Mears Global or driver once you are off the ship and ready to depart, driver is then allowed to pull curbside to meet the party.

I can't our ride on Sat 30 Apr because the driver was going to be over 40 minutes late and another driver wasn't available. If I schedule a ride at the same time a cruise ship comes in you would think there would be more drivers available. I also canx our rode for 7 May because they were not dependable and cost was too high. We hired a local car company the picked us up within 10 minutes of my call and it only costs $10 per person vs. Your price of $259 which is unreasonable and taking advantage of tourists who don't know any better.
