Blue Dolphin Catamaran Snorkeling Sunset Cruise from Tamarindo

We had a great time on the boat trip. There was plenty of drinks and food. The views of the sunset were great from the catamaran. The trip was well organised and the staff were really friendly and always made sure everyone had a drink and everything they needed. We would definitely recommend for a fun day out!

Swimming and the food was great! Snorkeling was fun but nothing to really see today in the water. Line Dancing with some people from Canada

on the website the tour was available and then they inform me in the morning, that the tour is booked out. after we want to change the date and they confirmed me. when the tour was, they didn‘t know about de change of the tour.

The tour did not begin well for us. The directions said to meet at El Chiringuito Restaurant. Our hotel said by walking down the beach we would see their sign. There is no sign on the beach side and the restaurant is set back under trees. We walked back and forth on a hot beach until a friendly vendor took us to it. Other tours had a flag indicating where to meet. We did meet the owner who was very pleasant, and the tour employees in company shirts were wonderfully helpful, fun, and attentive to our needs (one of the party was 75). However, there were at least 5 men on board who did not appear to be paying passengers, nor company workers. One big black guy in a gray shirt we were told was an employee, but it was his day off. He drank beer or shots almost continuously, tried to hook up with 2 young girl customers, sat on the hatch to the women'S bathroom so that anyone using the facility had to go between his legs, their head brushing his crotch. He seemed to get in the way of the workers, and incited lewd jokes with the other men hanging around. The music was continuous and way too loud, unable to have conversation with friends. Just hearing the wind in the sails would be nice. There was no sanitizer in the bathroom, although there was an empty container lying on its side, and no running water with soap. There was also no sanitizer to use on deck before meal, and crew sliced pineapple with bare hands before distributing to passengers. We were taken to snorkel off a beach....no marine life was seen there. The food was very good, but not really a lunch when served after 4pm. There was plenty of food and drinks. The crew did ensure we did see a nice sunset.

This tour was very enjoyable although the ride to the snorkeling area was longer than expected. Because of that we thought the sights in the water would be more extensive. The crew was great, the refreshments and drinks were great...the views were gorgeous. The 4 of us do recommend this tour. HOWEVER, we were unaware that there were 2 boats, one of which could have enabled our 5th person to join us. She had to go back because the boat we were assigned required going up a side ladder that needed the ability to bend a knee(no Information about handicap support)...still waiting to hear about the issue. We’ve used Viator in Argentina as well....thanks for a great experience!

Fuimos en un catamaran que no era el contratado originalmente , el viaje lejos de ver delfines y hacer deportes acuáticos nos permitió una hora de inmersión en el mar siendo el resto del tiempo un lugar abarrotado de gente , con música fuerte , muy lejos de un momento de relajación. No recomendable
