Niagara Falls Day Tour from Toronto including Niagara City Cruise

Well planned trip, great tour leader and driver .. funny and informative. We have enjoyed the trip thoroughly !

Wonderful to see the Niagara Falls. Extremely disappointed that the whole bus tour had to wait for a very few who went on a helicopter trip which was upsold on the trip out from Toronto. Not what we expected or advertised and hence the reduced rating of the tour. We lost 1.5 hours waiting with no communication or updates. Arrived late at Niagara Falls - extremely hungry and limited time to see everything before the next part of the arranged tour. Because we arrived late very limited options for food.

Helicopter ride and then behind the falls was great to get up close and feel how much water was going over the falls

Good value and had a great day out. Our guide looked after our group well and gave us a good background to Toronto too. Wine tasting was great and Behind the Falls was breathtaking

I really enjoyed this excursion. The coach was almost full so a large group. Hotel pickup at the furthest away place and they emailed the day before with pickup time. 9:05am. This means dropped off last which is fine. Still convenient. The tour guide was pleasant and fired the typical tour guide style jokes - which was fine, all part of the experience! There was a lot of detail along the way to the first stop - wine tasting which was nice albeit 11:30am, then to the falls. There was an optional add on of a helicopter ride which seemed pointless. Nobody took this. Anyway, the falls were beautiful. The journey behind the falls was less than I expected but still worthwhile. It’s literally an elevator down to a short tunnel where you see the water gushing past at an opening. Still interesting though! Unfortunately there were some outdoor works going on so outdoor photo opportunities were a bit limited to one corner. I didn’t get an option for food to be included but that’s fine as I got a meal and drink for like $20 at the same cafe. This did take almost an hour from entering, waiting to be served, getting food, eating and rushing to the next activity. A few more photo ops, then Niagara on the lake. For me, this wasn’t a good one hour stop. The walk into town and back was about half the time. Then there are touristy shops at the Main Street. If you’d like to see a quaint little town then it’ll be nice. Bus ride back, and done. No complaints, everything I needed from the trip. And a far better view than from the US side!! I would recommend this excursion.

Saw the falls on a beautiful day. Would of been nice to perhaps seen a little more of the township even via the bus driving around. great commentary by tour guide. A day trip to remember.

Belle excursion. Le guide David connaissait très bien la région. J'aurais pris plus de temps libre a Niagara et j'aurais laissé tomber le vignoble.
