Purtroppo una visita non adatta ai bambini. I gruppi sono formati senza logica, nel mio caso i miei bambini (4-6-7 anni) hanno fatto il tour insieme a ragazzi dì 17 anni. Oltre alle spiegazioni tecniche sull’utilizzo delle macchine, poco Interessanti per i più piccoli, anche il linguaggio per spiegare a dei 17enni non è né adatto ne coinvolgente per i bambini, che inevitabilmente si annoiano!

Buongiorno Jessica,
ci dispiace che non abbia gradito la visita alla fabbrica di cioccolato.
Essendo un tour libero e non adatto solo a bambini si ottengono sempre gruppi eterogenei, e mentre gli adulti ascoltano le spiegazioni tecniche della guida i più piccolini restano incantati dal cioccolato fuso, dal profumo del cioccolato, dalle linee che producono le tavolette. Inoltre a questo tour i bambini sotto gli 8 anni partecipano gratuitamente. Qualora desiderasse eventi dedicati unicamente ai più piccoli le posso consigliare di seguirci ed aderire ai futuri eventi e laboratori per bambini.

In realtà ho trovato il costo della visita eccessivamente caro rispetto al servizio offerto. Credo che dovrebbe costare meno

Buongiorno Cristina, ci dispiace che non abbia gradito il tour alla fabbrica di cioccolato, durato 1 ora in cui abbiamo aperto le porte del laboratorio e spiegato tutti i processi produttivi con degustazione finale take away. È un vero peccato che trovi cara la nostra esperienza in cui una guida esperta è stata a disposizione del gruppo a numero limitato per un ora, oltre ai dispositivi di sicurezza che sono stati forniti a inizio tour.
Sperando che la prossima volta possa trovare le nostre proposte adeguate le auguriamo un felice 2022.
