Nicholas provided a fun, memorable and very educational day with several special scenic stops for viewing and photographs. We truly enjoyed the day but most memorable was the wine tasting with Gui and all the information he shared in the cellar at Chateau Neuf du Papes. Lunch at the castle was also lovely.

My husband brother and I went on the Best tour we have been on since we arrived in France . Nicholas on April 30th wine tour was Outstanding He is very professional but fun with a charming personality very knowledgeable . We had a great group and he made the day very memorable for all of us . Thank-you so much . The tour at Les Caves St Charles Chateauneuf -de Pape with Master Sommelier, Guy Bre’mond was excellent . This is a must do trip for anyone in Avignion who loves wine , great food and an excellent guide and very safe driver .

We had a fantastic day out with Nicolas who was very knowledgeable about wine and bubbling with energy, even in the face of the rainy weather we had that day. The tour itself was fabulous, but Provence Panorama’s customer service could have been much better. The tour we originally booked was cancelled as the original driver caught covid, which was understandable. Provence Panorama very quickly asked us if we would be happy to do the tour a day later, but then never responded to our multiple emails / replies confirming we were okay with this. Even after we called 2 days later to confirm the new date, they said they would send a confirmation email which never came. Very glad it ultimately worked out, but we definitely felt some anxiety that we would show up on the new day and be told that we couldn’t get on the tour. Nicolas definitely saved the whole experience with his charm and good humour, but I would recommend building in some flexibility if you are booking this.

Thierry was a fantastic guide, entertained all my questions about the wine and region. The van is very comfortable, the small group makes it easy to tailor the tour to our tastes. Thierry also took us around the whole region, not just chateauneuf and that made it even better. We visited two vineyards, one cellar, the pope’s castle and had a great lunch in Gigondas. The vineyards we visited also shipped wine back to USA! I would definitely go on another tour with Thierry and recommend it to other visitors.
