This was a birthday present for my 87 year old mother, who is already an excellent cook. Chiara was so lovely and kind. We truly had a magical day. I would highly recommend doing this. She can help you with transportation.

Great way to experience the outskirts of Bologna!

If you want to get outside the chaos of the city and see Bologna in a whole new way, this is for you! Chiara was a wonderful host! The tour and history of her family grounds, the cooking experience, and overall best pasta we had in Italy was only the start of this experience. My husband and I were in Italy for our honeymoon and this experience was a great way to slow down during our trip before departing to our next city. The bread, pasta, dessert and wine we're EXCELLENT! We can't say enough good things about Chiara and this entire experience!

Our experience with Chiara was incredible! It was awesome to see all that she has done to restore the farmhouse of prior generations into a B&B and a cooking experience. Her skill in the kitchen is truly a talent. We picked the ingredients from her garden!! Her explanation of what to do and how to do it were superb. Can’t wait to host friends back home. And we made a wonderful new friend in Italy...Chiara!!! My daughter and I will never forget this magical day.

Chiara welcomed us very warm. We went to her garden to pick some fresh vegetables for the dish. She showed us her house and told us something about the history. It was very interesting. The house is decorated very lovely. Afterwards we began to the Menu. We made Foccacia, Tortelloni and a typical bolognese cake. We learned a lot about the Bolognese kitchen and especially how to make Pasta. All the products were from highest quality. We had so much fun! The meal was so delicious. Can t wait to cook it at home again. We hope to come back someday!
