This activity will end right where it started.
Meet your guide in Monterosso to begin your kayaking adventure. Pack your own lunch snacks for the ride and get comfortable on your kayak with a brief safety overview before heading out.

Slip on your life jacket, settle into your single or double kayak and set off with your guide on the beautiful blue waters. All skill levels can be accommodated, regardless of whether you’re a first-timer or paddling pro.

Glide into the Cinque Terre Protected Marine Area, admiring views of the surrounding cliffs. As you paddle at a relaxed pace, keep your eyes out for seabirds and dolphins.

Pass the terraced hills of Vernazza, the village celebrated for its wine production, before pulling into Guvano beach. Spread out with your snacks and take in some sun or recharge with a dip.

After some down time, hop back in your kayak and head toward the colorful town of Corniglia. Enjoy more time ashore or, if you wish, continue kayaking south toward Manarola and Riomaggiore.

After five hours of seaside exploration, your tour will conclude at your original departure point.

Sunset Option (2.5 hours):

Depart from Monterosso at 4,30pm aboard your kayak. Take in the sunset and enjoy the sea at an hour when the crowds are gone and everything is quieter. Paddle toward Vernazza to discover its cliffs and caves, stop at a waterfall spring, and take a dip in the water.

Then pull into a quiet cove accessible only by sea for an Italian aperitivo. Enjoy local organic wine and focaccia from Liguria before heading back to your original departure point.

We all had a great time, from start to finish. Our guide, Manuel, was delightful and made the experience wonderful for everyone. The wine and focaccia break midway back was perfect. I highly recommend this for anyone that is up for a semi- workout and likes being on the water.

This trip was awesome, such a brilliant way to spend an afternoon/evening kayaking along the coastline looking at the villages from the water. Our guide Simone, was exceptional, very knowledgeable and lots of fun. Stopping on a small mound of rocks viewing the sunset while sipping on local wine and eating fresh foccacia was an added bonus, so enjoyable. He even takes photos of your trip which you can download from flickr. I would recommend this trip.

This trip is so worth it! The views are beautiful and the instructor (Simone) was extremely nice and helpful! His historical information is very interesting and the wine was amazing. We were even a couple minutes late (got stuck on the train) and he called us and waited for us to get there. So considerate of them. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic experience. The guides were very personable (Simon and Jack) and threw in some history for us along the way. We saw some lovely scenery, including a cave you can't see without small craft, a freshwater waterfall feeding into the sea, and finished off with a swim in a secluded cove with some wine and local focaccia. The only downside was the inability to take our own photos (due to lack of waterproofing), and instead had to rely on Simon to take photos - I would have taken so many more of the scenery!

Our two guides were wonderful. Both were very capable of handling the larger varied group of experienced and non-experience kayakers. They kept us engaged and not bored as we waited for those who were less experienced to catch up. The food and wine was the best we had in that area. That was a nice surprise as we were not expecting that.
