The iconic Tiramisu
Our class could have easily been an epic fail. Due to a train strike coming we had to adjust our schedule. Daniella picked us up earlier and you immediately felt at home at her house. She is such a lovely woman and you can tell how much she loves cooking! She taught us how to make 3 different things and let us try doing everything. We sat down to dinner and it was so delicious! This was a really great experience. It's definitely one of the best excursions we've booked! If you're not sure about trying this do it! You won't be sorry!

This experience will be held in one of our Cesarina homes and, for privacy reason, you will receive the full address of your Cesarina host after you have booked. We will contact you after you've booked to match you up with your ideal Cesarina based on what you are looking for.

  • Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

We had a great time with Luca! We made gnocchi and trofie pasta and tiramisu. Everything was delicious and Luca was very patient with us as we struggled a bit with molding the shape of the trofie. He also sends you the recipes afterwards so you can make them at home. Would definitely recommend!

Without doubt this was one of the best days of our holiday. Luca was a perfect host and teacher. He explained the history of the areas and foods we were cooking and talked us through the cooking process in a relaxed way. Our children (11 & 9) loved every minute of this experience and are looking forward to returning home and trying all the recipes again. They even tried food they would not normally eat and enjoyed it. We’ve never done a cooking class before and the only thing we regret is not being able to take more classes with Luca in future.

Our hosts Daniela was so amazing, and very sweet! We had a conflict with the start time of our class due to a train strike. She on a moment's notice agreed to have us earlier. She changed our menu so we could learn some recipes and was happy and very welcoming. She and her husband treated us like we were a part of their family. We've booked quite a few tours through viator but this was my favorite! I really cant say enough nice things about our lovely hostess and her family. If you want to learn real Italian recipes that are delicious don't hesitate to try this excursion! It is well worth the money!
