Wonderful experience! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour, it was well organized and the tour coordinator (Julia) and guide (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!) were very accommodating! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and we enjoyed every minute of her tour!

My partner and I went on this tour on Easter Weekend 2022 and had a fantastic time! We were very happy with our tour guide, Monica. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of Florence, art, the Medici family, and more! She made the tour for us, helped us expertly navigate the crowds, and made the one-hour wait before getting into the Uffizi fun. The wait was through no fault of the tour company - it was a busy weekend, and there were multiple checks before getting in. Besides that, everything went smoothly, so we decided to book another tour with the company for another day.

Excellent guide to the Uffizi. She kept my kids attention the entire time. We had a problem originally with the booking but the tour operator kindly worked out everything for us even on the busy Easter weekend. I would highly recommend.

Best way to see both museums in one tour! My husband and I really enjoyed our experience with Florence Tours. Our tour was pushed one hour earlier, and we had to rush to get there on time as we were traveling into Florence the day of the tour. Thankfully Julia the tour coordinator was very helpful in helping us get into the tour just in time by keeping in touch with us throughout our arrival. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. We were so happy we returned and purchased our Duomo tickets from her. We are very thankful for Julia's kindness and hospitality. I would definitely book with them again.

Was much more then expected. Antonio Defalio our guide was great. Very informative to give us a timely view of the high points of the works of art. He has an amazing knowledge of the history of art. His education of art history made his information interesting and informative. He was easy to talk with and took time for all the questions. He said he had a desire to teach and he could teach my kids anytime. Made the tour great. Thanks....
