Best of Cinque Terre Day Trip from Florence

Constantino was a great guide/companion on this trip. My wife had injured her ankle just prior to the trip and he made sure that she was comfortable throughout the day. We were very appreciative of the good care we received from him during the trip. We knew it would be a long day, but the trip was worth it because we have a limited time in italy. It is a very picturesque setting and a pleasant to spend the day by the sea. Also, a shout out to our driver. We were stuck in traffic on the way back to Florence and he detoured onto back roads so that we got back as soon as possible.

Giuseppe was our guide for the day trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. He called us the day before to confirm pickup details and time, as well as to discuss the itinerary. He was very prompt picking us up at our hotel and was very kind introducing himself to our family. His van was very comfy and well air conditioned. He was very individualized to our needs and sensitive to the fact that we had our parents, two senior citizens who don’t move very fast. He took us to the most scenic places to take photos and gave us ample time. Then he drove us to a wonderful little village and a quaint restaurant for lunch, where the food was delightful. He also gave very good narration for the details and points of interest, in Amalfi as well as Pompeii. It was a wonderful day and we enjoyed it immensely. Giuseppe was a wonderful guide and we highly recommend this tour—it was the best guided tour experience during our visit to Italy. Don’t hesitate to book a tour with this company. They are well worth it!

This tour was very peaceful. The ride to and from was comfortable. The trip needs to include rest stops to allow people to use the restrooms. It is difficult to find places to use the restrooms. My tour guides were great both were very friendly.

Meeting place was very hard to find, but the trip was outstanding. Our tour guide was great, we did miss 2 trains coming home, but other than that it was fabulous. This trip is a must see on your vacation. The only thing I would changes, is being able to spend more time in each village.

Was an excellent trip very organized and well planned , guide Eva was amazing, great spirit lovely personality, the trains were excellent and the boat trip was amazing, we enjoyed the great food they chose for us, one of the best trips I have ever taken with Viator, Eva was superb

Probably one of the worst tours I have ever taken in Europe. First check in was hard to find and very disorganized. There was a lot of time making sure everyone had a special color sticker. There was very little commentary provided by either tour guide, no suggestions for things to see or do or to have lunch. Also our tour guide would start providing explanations of the meeting point before everyone had gotten off the train or bus so we always had to directly ask her the meeting place and time. To top it all off we were shorted a whole hour from the scheduled length of the tour. I would definitely recommend taking a different tour to Cinque Terre.

Well-organised tour of the the five lands conducted by Mario who gave us great entertainment on the coach and throughout the day! Your flowers enjoyed the absolute beauty of the lands....just breathtaking. .

The tour was great. Took us to everywhere. It was terrible that it was raining and and cold. Definitely worth the trip
