We enjoyed our tour. Unfortunately it was raining on the day we originally scheduled but the tour operator offered it to us for the next day and made sure we got our experience. Our driver was fabulous and I would highly suggest that if you are looking for an easy and quick overview of the city. This is the way to go. My only advice is to schedule the tour when things are open. We did it at 5:30 pm and all the churches and sites were closed.

Our guide was great! Florence was amazing to see by golf cart! My 78 yr old mom and I had a blast. We saw everything we wanted and then were able to plan the rest of our trip accordingly. Great way to spend 1.5 hours!

Totally messed up! They wanted to change my tour time and I was already on another tour. Went at the prescheduled time and they said they would have to cut it short and thing were not even set up for English. Said they would give a refund.

Think my driver ripped me off I Was supposed to have a 2 hour tour He said for the price I paid only 20 minutes I gave him an extra 20 euros Never saw any of the main sights Possibly because the are closed to traffic I don’t mean to say that it was not enjoyable

It was ok. Our driver was pleasant though not particularly knowledgeable. We vastly preferred the guided tour in Rome. Still we never could have seen as much just walking so worth the cost. Panorama stop was lovely.

This is a wonderful guide. Very knowledgable. Charming and caring. Speedy Italian ride made it extra fun especially for the seniors on board! His description of historical bldgs were terrific S much better than a recorded audio. Make sure you get it. May only come witha foursome vehicle. Check it out.

When we met our guide he let us know he just woke up. He could not have been less interested. Seriously! As we zipped down the hills of Florence and to the piazza’s we were treated to his rap music, always a good time, said no one ever! Nice enough guy. Could have been so much fun in this special city, but it was a total bust.

Our driver Andy was excellent, he took photos for us, was informative and offered great referrals for shopping. We definitely recommend this tour for anyone that wants to see the main attractions without hiking a mountain in August summer heat. We passed many people that were dying climbing Michaelangelo and we flew by with wonderful breeze. You'll be please and best of all, no footprints left behind! PS, we have a tour company in the Caribbean and work with Viator as a partner, so we had high expectations and were not disappointed.
