Your Vespa tour will begin in central Florence, where you’ll meet your guide and head straight to our garage for a brief safety overview and practice ride before hitting the road. Saddle up on your original Vintage PK Vespa, a classic model no longer produced, and follow your guide through tree-lined avenues until you reach the hills in the countryside.

Admire panoramic views of Florence from the Church of San Miniato al Monte before taking a peek inside. The Romanesque church hosts an array of incredible artwork and is one of the city’s lesser-known gems.

Continue into the Tuscan hills, past poppy fields and vineyards, with plenty of opportunities to pause for photos. As you travel back toward Florence, pull over at Piazzale Michelangelo, where views of the Arno River and the iconic Duomo stretch out before you.

Conclude your adventure with a Tuscan meal on a private terrace, savoring bites of burrata cheese, bruschetta or meat cold cuts with fennel. Sit back, relax and soak up the Italian spirit before heading back to your original departure point.

I enjoyed the entire trip and would recommend it others. I knew going in there would likely be significant differences within the group of their level of experience on Vespas which would impact tour. Fortunately the tour guide and assistant did a great job giving instructions and taking precautions to protect the group and less experienced drivers. I would like to have done more (faster, further) but it was all good.

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence! We did the double Vespa so one of us could drive and the other got to enjoy the amazing country side. The scenery and stops along the way were fantastic. Alex was the best guide ever!! Very lively, impressive repertoire of languages and knowledge of the entire area. Very fun person to get a tour from. We expected fun from driving the Vespa, but the bonus of information we learned made this tour exceptional!

This was the worst tour of our trip. The vespas are old and heavy and shut down in the middle of the tour. The "training" is one ride up their hilly driveway which is nowhere near enough for most people. Our guide talked to us maybe 20 minutes from the whole day. The description is very misleading. You do not stay in constant communication, the guide gave out 3 walkie talkies to stay in touch but if you weren't near someone with it, you were out of luck. Myself and another woman fell and a random person had to come help us because the guide was so far away and we didn't have a walkie talkie to communicate. The lunch is on a piece of land the company owns, not a real winery. The food was not good and tasted like it came from a box and a jar. We only stopped to sight see at a couple locations and with concentrating on driving you miss all the beautiful scenery. I wish we didnt do this trip and spend the money on it.

We are so sad and disappointed that you felt the need to leave us such a harsh and damaging review. Our vehicles are vintage which is why this tour is such a unique experience. When driven properly they do not shut down. The guide gives a full explanation of the vehicle, its history and how it works. As you say there is then a chance for people to do a test drive, this is our way to see if the guide feels the client will be comfortable driving the vespa. It is more than just one ride up hill. The walkie talkies are used for directions and pointing things out on the route but the proper explanation is given when the group stops to take in the views or visit somewhere as part of the tour - San Miniato or the vineyard. We are surprised by what you wrote about our estate. People always rave about the stunning views and the great food and wine.

Alex was amazing, nice bus ride up the hills all the mansions, I ended up going with the Fiat make sure you tell Alex you want the AS Roma car. He a big Fiorentina fan but Owner a Roma. The tour wine food was delicious. I had the best time ALEX and his Team are awesome and knowledgeable so much FUN!

This tour was the best experience of our entire trip. Well organised, helpful staff, and excellent service. Our tour guide Chris is fantastic, he was so fun to go around with and he was very attentive paying attention to every detail and to make sure everyone was safe and having a good time. We were running short in time to catch a train and he helped us to get back on time, even calling us a taxi to be ready for us. This tour made us fall in love with Tuscany! 100% recommended!

Had a fantastic time. The tour guide Chris was very knowledgeable, insightful, and patient. He went through all the training steps for the inexperienced drivers and made sure everyone was comfortable before heading out. He did a great job leading the tour and the views were amazing. Stopped a few times and Chris gave us local history both ancient and modern insights to living in Florence. I can't recommend this tour enough. Food and wine was a great bonus at the end.
