The man who had our tickets called us about 20 minutes ahead of time to confirm. We were able to get in earlier than the time we scheduled for. He not only had our tickets when we met him at the easily found redemption point, but he walked us over to the line and made sure we got into the fast pass line with our tickets and green pass. He was so helpful, and kind! My friend and I had such trouble getting tickets via the official website with our American bank cards, this service made it possible for us to get tickets ahead of time.

I had a bad experience with visit Europa today. Viator support team were very kind and followed up and answered all my queries, but the visit Europa team were very unprofessional. First, their contact number was offline and I was not able to call and ask for directions when I didn’t find the assistant on the meet-up point. Finally when I was able to find the assistant, he handed me 2 tickets while I had purchased 3. He asked me to go in and he will wait for me inside. We went in and he disappeared. We tried to contact him many times with no luck. So we ended up buying a third ticket inside. Overall experience was very bad. Again, Viator support was very kind and appreciated, but visit Europa today experience was bad.

We bought this online while standing in line. They have individuals offering the same offer standing outside the Accademia Gallery. They have someone meet you and they'll go and buy the tickets then take you to the fast track entrance. Very quick and simple. Lines weren't too long but still worth it with the beating sun.

Once we found the representative or I should say he found us it was a great experience. The representative needs to wear or carry a sign with the company name. We went right to the head of the line.

Once we got the tickets it was fine It is confusing though in the process on where to go to get the tickets The place and who to look for is not clear. Waited in the line for accademia tickets to find out that they didn’t have them but the guy in the red cap down the street did. Once we found him it was smooth sailing Well worth doing skip the line reservation though
