What To Expect

Your cooking workshop begins in central Florence, where you join your instructor and fellow chefs. Enjoy a relaxed environment as you learn the traditional method of making pasta with a rolling pin, before mastering the modern technique by machine. Blend eggs, flour and other essential ingredients, and try your hand crafting different types of pasta and sauces, with help from your instructor as needed. To complete your culinary know-how, learn how to make an authentic Italian dessert.

Afterward, take a seat at the table for your meal and enjoy the dishes you've prepared. Sip a glass of Tuscan wine and dig in with your newfound friends. When your pasta making class concludes, your instructor leaves you with Tuscan recipes to take home.

This class we’ll exceeded expectations! My bf and I had so much—it was nice to befriend other people in our class, and the instructor was hilarious and patient. We learned so much making 3 different kinds of pasta and sauces(with vegetarian inclusivity!) plus dessert. The final result was DELISH. Some of the best pasta i’ve ever had. Pasta-making - a perfect morning of carb-loading. What else could you need?

We had a great morning cooking with Chef Francesco. He was a great host and very informative. We made fettuccine, gnocchi, and ravioli and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor. If you're an advanced cook, the class might be a little simplistic, but it was nonetheless very enjoyable and we learned a few new things along the way. There were four of us in our group and we all had a great time creating pasta and savoring the lightest gnocchi I've ever eaten. Little pillows of happiness.

We absolutely loved our chef. She was great with people and knowledgeable. My daughter, her friend, and I had fun. My only wish is that the groups were smaller so that there was more for each of us to do. With that said, we would still do it again. Also, the food was delicious!

The chefs were super cool! It tasted so good and it wasn't complicated at all! Being a vegetarian wasn't a problem, we got a different sauce and a delicious salad instead of the second plate (which was meat)!

We had a great time with this class in November 2021. Our chef, Stefano, did an amazing job at showing us how to make three different kinds of pasta and dessert. He was incredibly patient and had a good sense of humor. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand. I can not recommend this tour enough if you enjoy to cook and want to learn the trade secrets of pasta making. You also walk away with recipes in hand!
