Marika is a gem! We had a wonderful time on our carriage ride! Seeing Lucca in this way was historically relevant and relaxing. Not being familiar with the streets, it was nice to have someone in the driver seat so we could gawk at the beautiful city. Marika shared about the history but in a balanced way so we understood what we were seeing but weren’t overwhelmed. She recommended restaurants based on our interests for after our ride. She went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in our plans which meant so much to us. We met some very lovely people on our trip and Marika stands above for her professionalism and genuine sincerity.
