Last Supper Ticket and Milan Half-Day Tour

Katerina Panayotova is an excellent tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about all artistic and religious aspects of the Last Supper and made our experience memorable. Similarly, she lead us on a great walking tour from the Last Supper to the fort and on to the Duomo where she was equally knowledgeable. At each step along the way, she highlighted city sculptures such as the one at the stock exchange - won't give away the mystery here. Katerina also showed us where the best vantage points were for photos. She's a gem and highly recommend her and this tour.

I will never use Viator again. In October I booked Half Day Tour of Milano, Italy for five. The cost was $804.45 or $168.89 per person. The tour was to include Michael Angelo’s The Last Supper Painting and church, Duomo Cathedral, La Scala Opera House and Museum, La Galleria Mall, and Sforzesco Castle. The tour was to start at The Last Supper. When we arrived, the Viator rep advised us that our guide was ill so we could only do the Last Supper painting and church. Frankly I doubt that we even had a guide scheduled. Why no subs on hand? Regardless, we were told we would get a refund. That refund was $111.07 or $22.21 per person. So, out of six sites we saw two, paid $168 each and got back $22 each. How fair does that sound? I’m done with them.

Thank you Viator for being as usual prompt and professional. I have used your service many times during the years and have always been more then satisfied. This time however was above and beyond the normal. Your representative Laura Parmigiana was knowledgeable and her understanding of English was well defined. The tour was excellent. She also solved a problem that would have been disaster for us It was not in her normal scope I’m sure but she was brilliant. A fast and fulfilling way to see the most popular sights in Milan. Alessandra was a wonderfully accommodating, friendly, fun, and personable tour guide. This is a great choice for anyone visiting Milan who want a short but impactful tour.

We had a great time on this tour. We started at the Santa Maria delle Grazie where we met our tour guide for our head sets. It was super easy, we found her holding the viator sign and just provided our names and showed our receipt from our phones. I understand why they ask you to come 30mins before, as they take attendance, provide head sets, answer quick questions and people are always late. At 10:30 sharp, we walked into the convent and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer questions with confidence and gave great facts about Leonardo DaVinci, the destruction of war and about the preservation and repainting. It was very interesting throughout. After the last supper tour, most people in the group departed and 6 of us kept on to the walking tour. We walked around the chapel and over to the Sforzesco Castle. All the while getting great tips about Milan. The castle is free entry. From there we walked through the streets of Milan to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where all the high-end designer stores are. From there we walked right out to see the incredible Duomo di Milano. This breathing tasking church was a highlight of the trip. This tour includes free entry to the church and skip the line access, it was perfect as there was quite a line. The church was busy at 12:30pm but we could still move around with ease and see everything on the main floor. We had such a great time on the tour and it was a great way to see major sites in Milan. Seeing the city on foot, with a knowledgeable local is the best way to do it. Thanks a bunch! Hilary & Craig <3

While a little disorganized at the beginning (our Italian friends had to call the local tour company the night before— to determine time and meeting place) because we were not advised—as told we would be.......the rest of the tour was excellent. Our guide was Katerina and she was awesome. I’d strongly suggest this tour to get an in-depth history of the city, the last supper, the duomo and the castle. Strongly recommend!

We did the Leonardo D’Vinci, tour of castle and Duomo tour. Katrianna was the best! I give her a 6 star out of 5.
