The Duomo and Last Supper were magnificent. Max was an excellent guide. I'd recommend checking La Scala's box office before booking as we couldn't go in because it was a show day. We were greatly disappointed to miss La Scala. That was the reason for booking this tour over other Last Supper Tours. The walk was quite fast, so if you are a slow walker be warned. Some in our group were barely able to keep up.

We were delighted to have the tour of Teatro alla Scala as were attending the opera later that night. Seeing the Last Supper is an exceptional event and will take your breath away. Our guide was Max and he walked us through the key parts of Milan with outstanding historical commentary. He kept the commentary interesting and kept us moving forward versus standing too long in one place. He added humor along the way. You could tell he was from Milan based on his pride in presenting the history. As with many tours that include viewing art, having a knowledgeable guide is critical to understanding just why the piece is so important.

Massimo, our guide was wonderful, he not only knows Milan's history by heart but he shares it vividly, without any trace of boredom (and he does the same tour almost every day!). We are slow and would have liked to spend more time in certain places so we went back the next day. This tour is a good option if you are in Milan for only 2 or 3 days.
