We loved every bit of the experience of this tour. The boat was nice, powerful and comfortable. Our Captain and Andrea were very warm and welcoming. The boat was big enough to accommodate 12 adults with enough space to move around the boat. They gave us enough time to take a plunge in the water as well. They provide us with 2 rounds of Champagne, fruits, sandwiches and a light dessert to go with through the day. Overall, if you are looking at day out with friends or family at Capri, I suggest this is the go to.

This trip is AMAZING, our tour guides Andrea and Gianlucca went above and beyond to make this trip really UNBELIEVABLE and also Unforgettable! We highly recommend it … it is well worth the price. Do not skip the swimming part of it … clear water and perfect temperature!

Captain Nelle & Francesca were very accommodating and made every person feel at ease. We had a lot of fun! We stopped to swim & snorkel, had almost 5 hours in Capri & were given the choice to swim & snorkel again if we wanted. Lots of snacks on board & even given sandwiches before deboarding in Capri. Highly recommend!!

Our Capri Island boat tour was an enjoyable experience and I greatly appreciated the hard work and charisma of of guide, Lou, and our captain, Manu(uel).
We especially enjoyed the Faglioni Rocks.
There were just a few elements of this trip which detracted from a potential five star rating:
The trip necessarily began with a small bus transfer from the star terminus to the Naples port, followed by a short boat trip from Naples to Sorrento. From Sorrento, we spent approximately 60 minutes waiting while our large group was sorted into smaller parties. While we understand the necessity of this step, we had the impression that it could have been completed more efficiently to reduce the ~2.5 hour transit time before our tour even began.
The other point of disappointment was the amenities provided during the trip. We boarded with the expectation that snacks and drinks would be provided. We were eventually offered beverages only after asking well into the boat ride to Capri, and sandwiches were handed out at the very end of the tour - well after most parties had opted to eat a costly meal in Capri. Those amenities were all excellent - including champagne and limoncello, however they would have been more appreciated throughout the trip than at the very end.
It was a great trip overall and these minor opportunities for improvement certainly did not diminish much from a wonderful trip hosted by a friendly and professional crew.

Beautiful and relaxing day at sea and on Capri. It was great getting out of Naples for the day. At first I was hesitant to commit a full day to Capri and the tour and considered taking a Ferry over myself however, I was really glad I booked through Viator. They took care of all the transportation from Naples. My hosts Francesca & Mattia were incredible. Both were really informative and explained sites we saw along the coast, gave suggestions on what to see in Capri and provided refreshments and food on the boat. Well worth the time and money and some of the best photos from my trip to Italy.

A great experience! This was the highlight of all our vacations in Italy. First of all, I would like to thank the agency for waiting as in Naples for 15 min, as we were a bit delayed. The bus was quick, although there was traffic, but we avoided the Circumvesuviana instead. The boat started from Piano di Sorrento. The three guys on board were perfect, polite, professionals and spoke perfect English. We passed by Marina Grande, Blue Grotto and then we had our first stop for swim. Then we went to Marina Picola and we stopped for a trip to the island for about 4 hours, when we had the time to see a bit of this wonderful island. Afterwards, we returned and we had a second stop for swim near Villa Malaparte. Everything was perfect, the guys provided us with water, refreshments, panini, limoncello, etc, and we had time to do sunbathing on the boat. We returned to Naples from Sorrento, after a lot of traffic on the main road. We will remember the cruise for ever, thanks a lot!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour with Giovanni! He spoke good English and was able to give us some interesting information about the grottos of the island. Everything on the tour ran promptly and smoothly and Capri was absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I were disappointed in this tour. We sat waiting to depart in a small hot Minibus at the pickup point in Naples until 9:00am, waiting for late comers, who did not show. The drive to the boat departure which I think was Marina Di Cassano took about 2 hours. The drive itself was slow going with very heavy traffic and was not helped by the lack of sufficient air conditioning. It was unbearably hot! Once we boarded our beautiful boat all was forgiven. Giovanni our Captain was great, stopping at both the white and green grotto's with a break for swimming. This part of the trip was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed it, along with the return boat ride. Thanks Giovanni. Fortunately for us the coach ride back to Naples was pleasant with adequate airconditioning. All up the whole trip was around 13 hours not the approximate 9 as advertised. Although we enjoyed parts of this tour I would not book it again. We found it to be slightly disorganized and far too long.

Why a wonderful trip!

We sailed with Alex and Mike, and they were great. Mike maneuvered us into various caves on Capri and thru rock walls, while Alex kept us comfortable and entertained with stories and information about the isle and the history. We had a lovely day on the island and would definitely go back, and DEFINITELY request these guides again!

This was a fantastic way to relax but also see the towns of Capri and Anacapri. The staff at You Know! were courteous & professional - from the driver (Joseppe) who picked us up at the hotel to the ladies who helped us get to the right boat. Our skipper was awesome and took us on a tour around the island, visiting three of the four grottos (the free ones!) and for a quick swim before dropping us at the town to sightsee on our own for a few hours. He was back ontime and got us safely back to port as a torrential storm hit. Once again, the staff was top notch getting us safely to our bus and back home. We’ve been on a few tours and this was by far our best experience!
