Terrible service- total let down

After having paid and booked we were excited to do this class on a day trip on our cruise. Very late the night before they messaged to say they had no chef so needed to make the time later. Not ideal when we had to be back on the cruise but nonetheless we reluctantly agreed. We showed up at the given time and waited and called and waited and called. Finally they responded and met us and said they had no chef and they could do 6pm- our cruise was leaving at 4pm!! We missed out on doing other activities and they totally messed up our day in Naples. What was most infuriating is that they didn’t seem bothered or apologetic at all. Simply shrugged their shoulders which irritated us even more. We called their company and organisation skills stupid and parted ways feeling VERY let down. They messaged us privately having the cheek to say they would report US for calling THEM stupid. Altogether a very shady and disorganised company who you would do best not risking your time with- especially if only in Naples for the day.

Sorry... You desagree to the new time. But At 01.00 am you confirmed. At 01.00 Who IS disorganized. And also you were really unkind calling our collegue stupid. Fortunally you didnt enjoy our Magic Class

Found this course online and booked it because I am somewhat of a pasta fanatic. Course was upstairs in this very nice restaurant very close to the city center. Ricardo our guide was super fun, super energetic and knowledgeable. My friend and I mace ravioli and linguine which we could then eat afterwards. They tossed them into these fabulous sauces served the finished article. Really enjoyed the whole process and the history of pasta making. Before we left Ricardo added that we are taking a tiny bit of tradition home with us and we should cherish that! Definitely felt that, and will be making my own ravioli soon! 100% recommended.

From start to finish, Riccardo made the experience lively and engaging. He guided us but also let us feel out the process ourselves. One of the best cooking classes I have taken and super excited to bring the raviolo recipe home with me! Another plus was connecting with the other participants and seeing where they came from. Grazi to Riccardo and the restaurant for having us.

An incredible experience! This guy, Ricardo, knows so much about food and the right ingredients to make it, that it amazed and fascinated us. He not only guided us in making traditional pasta, the way he learned it from his grandma, but with the help of stories about Naples he conveyed a feeling of this intriguing city. An unforgettable experience. We definitely want to come back again and do another course.

Riccardo was fantastic! I appreciated this class because we made egg pasta the traditional way. We had the flexibility to choose the type of pasta to make and enjoyed lovely appetizers as well. I highly recommend this class to beginners and experts alike!

My girlfriend and I had an incredible time learning how to make ravioli and tagliatelle. Ricardo was an amazing host, very knowledgeable and friendly, and the restaurant staff were very accommodating and chatty. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Naples for a few days

Moment de convivialité. La capacité du chef cuisinier Riccardo de nous integrer tous venus d'horizons differentes et de tous ages. je conseille chaleureusement. Cela commence par un accueil sympathique et de rehydratation vu la chaleur , puis apprentissage de la confection soit de tagliatelles soit de raviolis puis la recompense la degustation accompagnée d'un bon verre de vin bien frais. A la place d un cours de fettuccine et de raviolis ce fut un cours de pizza. Je regrette que le cours realisé ne corresponde pas au cours choisi.. Décevant.

C'était tout simplement super. Nous avons appris a faire des pâtes traditionnelles dans la bonne humeur. Le cadre est fort sympathique : un très beau restaurant apprécié des locaux. Pendant que notre pâte reposait, nous avons eu la chance de déguster d'excellentes spécialités locales. Ensuite le chef nous aide a travailler, préparer et decouper nos pâtes afin de réaliser des tagliatelles et des ravioles a la ricotta. A la fin de la classe, nous avons pu manger nos pâtes, accompagnées d'une sauce tomate basilic pour les tagliatelles et d'un sauce au pesto pour nos ravioles et c'était tout simplement délicieux ! De plus, nous étions accompagnés par une traductrice très sympathique rendant ainsi le cours compréhensible. On vous le recommande fortement !
