To access the boarding point. Please go to the middle of the bir-hakeim bridge. In the middle of the bridge, a stair takes you down to the île aux cygnes. The pier will be on your left just after the stairs. If you don't see the boat, please wait, it will arrive at boarding time.

Charming way to see the sites at night!

We loved this cruise. Our family took it in the last evening slot and it was a fantastic way to see many major sites along the Seine lit up at night, especially the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing, including the vegan option we requested. We would highly recommend doing this.

Celebrated our mothers 84th birthday. Children and grandchildren made us an entire party of 12. The boat was beautifully decorated, food was great and our wait staff was exceptional! They played Stevie Wonder's happy birthday song and gave us champagne to celebrate. We would definately recommend and come back!!

Once we boarded it was wonderful. The food was good and the scenery amazing. The only thing was they tell you it starts at 8:30 and you need to be there 20 minutes early. So you arrive at a dock with no boat it arrived back at like 8:20 and then you don’t board until 9.

Worst place you can ever book! Captain is a racist and hates people from other countries! He kicked us out of the boat affer we waited outside for more than one hour with rain and cold supposedly because my friends vaccination card was issued in her country (wich makes no sense because every other tourist in there was vaccinated in their countries too) we were already sitting inside and he came in with 3 more people and kicked us out in front of everybody and treated us like delinquents, disgusting racist please be aware! Im sure any other place is better than those racists!

Food was way better than expected & thus the 5-star rating. Scenery during the boat ride was mostly enjoyable. Warning: 1) Beverages (even lemonade) are not included in prepayment. 2) There are no taxi stands near the disembarking point, so be ready to walk... don't wear high-heals).

The concept was great but the experience not that much. To start the boat was late, the food was served too late. It looked as if they couldn't keep up with the volume of people. When I asked for the manager and complained about not receiving service on time and a mix up on my order, the server came back with an attitude and told me I never asked him for water! Definitely not a place where they accommodate families.

Pretty setting, boat left late, no idea of any "sites", no diagram, map, nothing, no way to know what we were passing first night here. Pushy photographer requests made us uncomfortable. About an hour delay btw starter and main, everyone was waiting, Nevis or we're all doing this time come and no explanation poor communication, food quality mixed. Beware, they up charge for even your water without warning, and offer only two mains. Would choose another cruise next time.

The dinner and atmosphere were a wonderful experience, combining the sights, delicious French food, and rooftop photo ops. It is worth mentioning that Viator's reservation did not automatically sync to the staff's table planning. So if you use them, be sure to confirm or prepare to be on standby. The manager, Charlène, really took care of us though and assisted her staff in creating a table for us and making sure we had everything we needed. Her amazing work ethic and hospitality allowed us to enjoy all this cruise had to offer, despite a faulty glitch.

Told at the dock water level was too high and they would not be sailing past any of the attractions noted in advertisement. No cancellations no refunds offered. Boat is older design, seating is very cramped especially for parties of two. You are essentially 3 inches from the party next to you. Food was cold and a 2/10 at best. Drinks were oddly flavored and watered down. Will be seeking a refund promptly. $150 to sit on an old boat for two hours eating crappy food looking at graffiti and sad house boats.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food and service were delicious and fabulous! The server we had was bilingual, but she definitely appreciated my speaking some French. Only "bummer" was the reflection of the indoor lighting against the window for taking pictures and needing an internet connection to access the tickets, but they do ask for your name at the door. Highly recommend - great idea for popping the question, the staff will assist with any pictures and presentation!
