This was a great tour, giving me a much greater appreciation for the care that is taken making both Parmigiano-Reggiano and Parma Ham/Prosciutto di Parma. Our tour guide Matthias was knowledgeable, and funny.
Cheese tour worthwhile, ham tour not so much

Our tour guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and enjoyable! The cheese tour was very interesting, but there wasn’t much to see at the ham tour. Most of time was spent driving between factories. Would rather just seen the cheese factory and used the remaining time in Parma.
BEWARE when you communicate with the tour guide through the app, you are communicating with an intermediary who knows nothing about Parma or the tour. They messed up our pickup, so tour was delayed, but our guide recovered nicely.
