Le coupe file ne sert à rien, on m'a prié de prendre la file d'attente. Le tour audio-guide est inutile, juste un descriptif succinct des monuments et seulement en 3 langues (russe, espagnol et anglais). Bref, dépense inutile. La réalité ne correspond pas à la description.

Merci pour votre retour. Désolée de votre mauvaise experience. Les billets sont les billets coupe-file; mais ca arrive parfois pendant la haute saison; que la logistique fonctionne mal et tous les billets coupe-files s'accumulent dans un même endroit.
Concernant l'audio-guide; c'est la carte, gis inclus qui march sans internet, descriptifs, audio et images. Je ne sais pas trop quoi d'autre l'audio-guide de la ville pourrait incluire.
On va voir pour faire les traductions en français aussi.
