The driver met us right at the cruise port (holding up a sign with our name) and brought us in an air-conditioned van to Pompeii. He was very punctual (actually a little early) with excellent customer service, as he explained the sights as we were driving. Another driver picked us up about 4 hours later, which was the perfect amount of time to spend in Pompeii as well as have time for lunch. Highly recommend this transfer!

Good basic transportation to Pompeii from the cruise port. Friendly driver, clean van. Basic service. Got what we paid for. Pompeii is a huge site though so i'd suggest a guided tour of the site would be better for first timers. We'd been there before a couple years ago with a guided tour and got a much better feel for the place than just by walking around. However if simple transportation is all you want, this is a great price for just that.

Fantastic! Plenty of time to see the sights, eat lunch and shop. Only mishap was the van had some tire issues forcing us to pull over twice. When walking out of the station from your cruise ship, you must walk through a crowd of drivers with signs to find your driver and your name on a sign. It can be very overwhelming. For a moment I was worried my driver was not there. He was standing in the back of the crowd. Don't give up, keep looking and the driver should be there.

It was an easy excursion, we got off of our ship and easily found our driver waiting for us. Who took us directly to Pompeii. Pompeii is a pretty amazing place, we spend a few hours there then met back at the assigned place and had a nice air conditioned ride back to the port. No issues, happened as described in the excursion plus a lot less expensive than most.
