The tour was great (actual Pompeii archeologist gave us a tour, unreal) and the wait staff at the winery was probably our favorite on our entire honeymoon. Extremely accommodating, friendly, and funny!

Francesco was absolutely incredible during our tour of Pompeii! He was so knowledgeable, detailed, and personable. He showed us so much we would not have seen without him, and truly made the experience. Margherita was amazing at the winery, and went out of her way to help us get adapters for our phones and call us a taxi! She truly saved the day after the airline had lost our luggage! I recommend this experience to anyone in the area.

Our tour guide of Pompei did an excellent job!! VERY interesting!! And moved at a good pace! Very knowledgeable. Our lunch at the vineyard afterwards was a terrific way to end the day. Beautiful surroundings.

The Pompeii guide, Alex, was phenomenal: Incredibly knowledgable about European history/ current affairs, speaks Latin, and is funny, energetic, personable. He really is the best guide we've ever had whilst travelling. He felt like a friend by the end of the tour. The winery was beautiful and a welcome oasis after a morning of learning and walking. Food was very simple though, just cold cuts and basic pomodoro pasta. Not sure why they couldn't provide something more interesting but nevertheless we are glad we chose this tour.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide in Pompeii, Alessandro F., was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and knew the best way to navigate the crowds. Following our tour, we had lunch at the winery, and it was also fantastic, with a tour of the vineyards afterwards. The guide provided was an archaeologist who actually had done work at Pompeii which was amazing and unique. He was very knowledgeable about the site and gave a great tour of the highlights of the grounds which were much bigger than I expected. One girl in our group had visited Pompeii before and said the experience was so much more informative with a guide. The vineyard was gorgeous and the wine tasting and lunch was such a relaxing experience after a hot morning walking around Pompeii. We heard the story of the family run vineyard and toured the grounds. The tasting was delicious and included lunch- cheese, bread, pasta, with dessert.
