Last Tuesday we had our wine tasting in Croatia, Sisan, which we booked about this portal. Unfortunately we are disappointed. The wines were served to us as described, but the details and explanations were more than poor. So we had little information about the wines and it wasn't really a wine tasting, but rather a pure serving of the wines. In addition, and this is the most annoying thing, there was no tour of the winery, as the description said. That was completely missing. So all in all we didn't get the wine tasting and guided tour that we booked. Therefore, we would like to submit a complaint in this way and ask for a refund of 50 percent of the costs.
