Colosseum Tour departs from our office located on Via Frangipane, 30. Option 1: To reach our office take the metro line B and get off at Cavour station. If you take the exit with the stairs you will be on Via Cavour. Walking down on Via Cavour, after a few minutes you need to turn left on Via degli Annabaldi. Still a few minutes walking and the first alley on you right end side is your destination: Via Frangipane 30. Option 2: If you get off at Colosseo Stop , outside the metro take the right hand side and walk down Via dei Fori Imperiali (direction Venice square) after 5 minutes walk you will see on the right a little alley with an arch and this is via Frangipane 30. Our office is in a little square located opposite a restaurant.

  • Please be aware that to enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check; although skip the line tickets are included, there may be some wait time to pass through security checks

  • Please note: the order of the itinerary might change. It is possible that you will visit first the Roman Forum and then the Colosseum

We had a great time walking with Youri (hope I do not misspell). It is so nice to listen to a person with so much enthusiasm and with so much knowledge. We feel we got the whole story and a bit more. Thanks for this great experience! All was neatly arranged from ordering point via collection of the tickets to the end of the tour. Great work Youri! You might be interested in knowing that some people on the trip found it too hard and had to stop. Maybe you should concider making a point out of good shoes and note that there are steep hils and stairs on the tour.

This isn’t for posting but I do think you should consider offering segmented groups. We had a much older man in our group. Lovely man and he tried hard to keep up but really he needed to be with a group of people not woRried about moving so fast. He ended up falling. In the colosseum, we saw many groups with infants in strollers and crying. That would have definitely ruined our time. We had a terrific guide and fellow sightseers but think you have an opportunity to make changes.

This tour was amazing; we didn't originally plan on doing it but we're delighted we did. The Roman forums and Palantine Hill were incredible. Our tour guide Yuri was excellent; he was very informed, funny, and brought the history to life. Would definitely recommend all tourists do this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Our guide, Alice, was very nice and knowledgeable and made sure to answer any questions we had. The walking pace was nice and leisurely, we didn’t feel rushed. She made sure she kept us in the shade, whenever possible. The guide ended in the Colosseum, that way if we wanted we could explore it more without having to pay again. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Alice as your guide!

Our experience for this tour was great! It was a nice small group of 8 to 10 people. Lucy was our guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew a lot about the history of everything we saw. She was easy to talk to and very kind when someone would ask a question. I would definitely recommend this tour. It does require a lot of walking and some of it is uphill so be prepared and put on your hiking shoes.

We were a group of four who were traveling to this area for the first time. We were so pleasantly surprised by how engaging and thoughtful Edoardo was and every part of our tour. Just to give you a little pretense, we had a different party who arrived late that he was so patient for but still started the tour for us in the meantime as a way to accommodate all parties. We didn’t end up having to wait for them or delay what we needed to do. During the tour, Eduardo was excellent! Very knowledgeable and engaging. he would share stories, demonstrate the history, and really articulated his knowledge well. He was also prepared with a book that had pictures of what we imagine a lot of the sites looked like at the time, which helped you make history come alive. It is also worth mentioning that he has a very soothing voice that makes it easy to listen to him through the headphones throughout the entire day. He was ready to answer questions and really made the experience so fruitful. Would highly recommend-Eduardo specifically.

Diego was out tour guide and he was phenomenal!!! He took his time and was SO informative!!when I booked, I did t’t realize that it was also a thorough tour of Palatine Hill and the archeological sites leading there. So.Fantastic. It is a lot of walking and the path up to the top of Palatine hill and the upper levels of the Colosseum take some effort but Diego was very accommodating and arranged a meeting place for those that wished to skip that those climbs. We had loads of time to ask questions, take photos and really see everything. It was well worth the fee.
