Not Worth the Price due to Walk to Parking Lot

The driver and car were good. However, we had to walked 5-10 minutes from airport exit to parking lot. This was unacceptable. If I wanted to walk that long I would had booked an uber. I booked private transport to get in and out airport quick without a long wait. If I had taken a taxi I would have got of airport faster and without walking that much. I was expecting to be able to be pick up at the airport curve without walking to parking lot to board Van.

Chaotic airport experience as there are 100’s of transporters. Not fault of driver, just be aware. Once we found driver, he helped with luggage but walked away fast making following him thru crowds difficult. Not very friendly when attempting conversation

Total scam - we arranged and prepaid for this service to pick us up and drop us off but upon arriving there was no driver. We tried messaging and calling them directly but were unable to get a response. I’m in the process of trying to get my money refunded. Total scam in my opinion.

The driver left the airport without taking us to the Hotel. Additionally Viator refused to refund the amount. I paid $112 without taking the actual trip. Do not recommend the service.

We speak no Italian, our driver spoke no English, but he was amazingly kind and helpful! The company had the wrong hotel listed and he helped us figure it out and drove us to the correct hotel! Way to pivot!

Car service can’t handle flight cancellations

Our flight from the US to Rome was cancelled, so we didn’t make our car service pickup. Vendor would not refund any money and did not offer to let us use our voucher 48 later on our new arrival day. Guess it does not pay to plan ahead. We’ll risk getting a taxi at the airport.

The transfer did not show up

Our transfer did not show up. After calling I was told our booking could not be found in their ‘new system’. We were left to catch a taxi and assured we would get a refund as soon as the office opened (still to come!). After travelling for almost 24hrs with two very young children we booked a transfer to avoid being stuck at the airport. We were very disappointed.

Transportation service was exactly as advertised. Even though our flight was two hours late, Constantine was waiting for us as we exited baggage claim. He did a superb job navigating us thru traffic to get us safely and efficiently to our hotel. Would definitely use this service again!

the driver was late. The flight arrived early but we hoped someone was watching the arrival times in the event the flight arrived early. I’ll give credit where credit is due - someone from the company attempted to call to tell me they driver was running late which at least told us no one forgot about us. Once the driver arrived, the trip to our hotel was fine. I would not hesitate to use the service again.
