Dear Micaela, Thank you for submitting honest feedback about your Boat-Hopping On The Amalfi Coast. First of all, we want to apologise about not delivering what we had promised, as I know exactly what tour you are talking about and I agree it was far from perfect. The train we took t to Naples arrived over 15 minutes late, so we missed our ferry. This is very unusual on the high speed line, as its considered to be the fastest and most reliable way to travel across the Peninsula, which is why we choose it for this service. If we had used a private bus it would have been only us but it would have taken approximately 1 hour more each way, making the entire day much longer. Unfortunately this was not the only delay you experienced. We had bad weather on the way back to Salerno, so the boat took over 40 minutes longer than expected to reach the port. Hence, we missed the return train as well and had to wait for the following one. Please believe us when we tell you this is not how we usually operate, and that we were victims of a series of unexpected and unfortunate circumstances. As a token of our apology for all the frustration we caused, we reached out immediately after the tour to offer compensation. We know it is not going to bring back the time you lost, but we thought it would be a nice gesture towards our clients. Thank you again for trusting us with your holidays.
