Felt scammed. You don’t get possession of your tickets. You must go through their office. Not at the entrance.

You don’t get your tickets emailed to you through this company. You can’t download them from their email. They make you go pick them up at their crowded office across from the museum and you STAND IN A LINE and wait your turn. Not for your tickets, but to be taken back to the museum as a group with one of their employees. Where you WAIT ON THEM AGAIN to purchase the tickets as if you are part of a tour group. So I suppose it MIGHT have saved us some time rather than if we would have stood in the regular ticket line, but it isn’t as it sounds when they say SKIP THE LINE to this venue. I thought we would have the tickets emailed directly to us to print or have a QR code to show from our phone when we arrived at the Sistine Chapel. And truly skip the line. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Cutting the line only beneficial part

The company seemed very unorganized. Poor communication. Entrance time delayed despite on time arrival. We were very disappointed with the Vatican museum in general. The Sistine Chapel made it all worth it! Overall, the only benefit to this option was skipping the line. NOT as we anticipated.

The Vatican Museum is an amazing place. Thousands of artefacts from all over the world. Firstly, find the office. Look for house number 97 and collect your tickets from the office. We made our own way around the museum. Be prepared for a long walk and lots of groups moving around in different directions. There are plenty of opportunity for photographs but NOT in the Sisteen Chapel. Take moment to sit in the chapel and look up. Sun h an incredible space.

Didn't realize if we wanted to do the tour in one day we would be rushed. The ladies at the shop were very gracious; however, we were walked to the Vatican (across the street), they picked up our tickets, and then said we could go. We got lost going back to the hotel so we missed the Coliseum because you have to be there by 2:00pm. It would have been much cheaper and easier if we had booked it ourselves.

Not worth the money

The hostess was not paying attention to the people she attended. Skip the line wasn’t necessary. There was no line. It was very expensive, we payed €30 for 2 persons while the Vatican ticket only costs €17. The host did not talk us through the steps and we still had to wait in the Corona line. I at least expected a map of the museum. Not at all worth the money. Do nog recommend.
