    The Vatican Museum is terribly crowded and there is no chance to see and enjoy the amazing pieces of art. The guide was good and knowledgeable, no complaints. The most terrible thing is that the tour DID NOT include St.Peter Cathedral. When I took this tour 3 years ago - we got in the St.Peter Cathedral from the side door, skipping the line, but this time we were send to the ordinal security line, which could take 2-3 hours of waiting. We had to give up and miss St.Peter Cathedral. If I would know what is going on - I wouldn't book a tour and spend a time in the line for FREE entry to the Cathedral instead of paying 100+ euros (for 2 people) for the exhausting tour in overcrowd Vatican Museum, where you can't see almost nothing and can't enjoy its really great collection. Bottom line - don't take this tour. Get a line to St.Peter Cathedral. If you want to visit Vatican Museum - take the line - don't take a tour. At least, you'll be able to move in the museum at your speed, and, perhaps, enjoy from some of the enormous collection of master-pieces. Yes, I might spend more time in line and inside the museum, but if you want to visit the Vatican Museum just for check-mark - skip it, you will save your time and money.

    Was told upon arrival we needed to be at the pickup area twenty minutes prior to our scheduled tour, even though the confirmation e-mail did not include that information and we were on-site ten minutes early. As opposed to canceling our reservation, the company rescheduled our tour an hour later. They were courteous and professional despite the frustrating situation. Our guide, Rudy, was delightful and made our tour a wonderful experience. FFP2/N95/KN95 masks are required.

    Fast track is literally walking through the entire museum without seeing anything It does not justify the experience offered. We had to keep watching the tour guides umbrella to not get lost versus paying attention to the architecture

    I was disappointed with the trip as a whole. The group we were supposed to be with left before we got there, we were told to be there for a departure time of 10 am. We arrived at 9:50 am and our group had left. We were apparently supposed to be there at 9:30 but did not ever receive the information. The tour guide seemed to rush through it. The tour lasted around 2.5 hours and the last bit of it we were just there on our own.
